Your day begins with a warm welcome from Sebastián and Facundo, who will pick you up directly from your hotel or home and take you out toward the breathtaking Andes Mountains. As the city fades behind you, the landscape opens up into something truly special.
Once in the mountains, you’ll meet Jesús—a real gaucho who lives among his horses and embodies the spirit of the region. This is where your experience truly begins.
You’ll set off on a cabalgata (horseback ride) through the Andes, designed for all levels—from complete beginners to experienced riders. The horses are calm, well-trained, and incredibly safe, making this a great experience for families and children as well. Whether you prefer a relaxed walk through the mountains or a more dynamic ride, the pace can be tailored to you. And for anyone who prefers to take a break, a support car is always available.
To fully embrace the moment, traditional ponchos and hats are provided—so you can feel part of the landscape, not just passing through it.
By late morning, you’ll pause for a scenic aperitivo: a simple but perfect moment to enjoy local wine, take in the views, and connect with your surroundings.
Then it’s back on horseback to continue exploring the Andes, soaking in the silence, the vastness, and the raw beauty of the terrain.
The day culminates with a traditional Argentine asado prepared outdoors—a long, leisurely meal served on a white tablecloth set in nature. Expect perfectly grilled meats, more excellent wine, and the kind of atmosphere where stories are shared and time slows down.
This is more than an excursion—it’s a genuine day in the mountains, lived alongside locals, where every detail is designed to feel natural, personal, and unforgettable.
